BACKGROUND
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is here, changing the landscape that was previously more familiar to us. The unprecedented development in technology is a choice that we, the researchers, inventors, designers and even investors, have made. We made that choice when we decided to adopt and employ technologies in our lives. Whether it was an individual choice or a collective choice, we must decide what to do with these emerging technologies. More importantly, it has become essential for us to implement and continuously improve the emerging technologies for sustainable practices, products and services. Further, networking and innovative cross-disciplinary ideas are crucial in ensuring continuous sustainability in today’s economic landscape.
College of Business Management & Accounting (COBA), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) is proud to announce that our 10th International Economics & Business Management Conference (IEBMC 2021) will be held virtually on 13th & 14th October 2021 with the theme Sustainability through Digital Transformation. IEBMC 2021 is an effective platform to connect delegates from diverse research areas to productively communicate and engage in exchanging innovative ideas and the latest findings. In addition to that, we hope this platform may inspire future collaborations among delegates.
OBJECTIVE
IEBMC 2021 aims to promote research on issues relating to business, management, and accounting. Participation for IEBMC 2021 is open to local and international academics, researchers and practitioners. Specifically, IEBMC 2021 aspires to:

Encourage researchers, academics and postgraduates to actively produce academic writings or research and share and exchange ideas for new input in relevant research areas.

Present the latest discoveries through sharing and exchanging research findings from various area.

IEBMC 2021 is targeted to presenters and participants from all backgrounds and across the globe. Based on the success of previous events, total number of papers is estimated at 100.
PUBLICATIONS
All accepted papers will be published in Global Business and Management Research: An International Journal which is indexed by Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA)*.
